Refund and Returns Policy


Our refund and returns policy has a 15 days timeframe period . If 15 days have passed since you purchased, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, you must have purchased the wrong item. In case that we help and cannot make the software you want to work, we will gladly offer a full refund to your original payment method

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Digital products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase like order number to our whatsapp directly.



Once the proof of that provided software can´t be installed in your coputer, we will send you an email to notify you that we have verified the issue. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processpayment method, within 5 days, and certain amount of days will take for the refund to show in your bank account balance, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges or Replacements

We only replace or exchange items if they are defective or damaged, or if you bought it by mistake confusing its features with the correct one. Exhanges can be taken into account within a 30 days timeframe period, within you can tell us about why the item you got does not cover your needs sending a message the site adminor to whatsapp.
