- Installation and Compatibility:
- Compatible with MAN Euro 6 vehicles.
- Simple installation process: place the emulator beneath the metal cover of the AdBlue pump located on the right side behind the cab. Disconnect the plug from the AdBlue pump and connect the emulator.
- Sensor Removal:
- Post-installation, the following components can be removed:
- DPF sensors
- NOx sensor (note: do not remove the first NOx sensor in DAF models)
- AdBlue temperature sensor
- AdBlue pump
- AdBlue level sensor
- AdBlue ECU
- Fuses Management:
- Required fuse removals include:
- F894 (Multisensor in AdBlue tank)
- F738 (+30 Signal of AdBlue pump)
- F1084 (NOx sensor upstream)
- F737 (now serves as the emulator fuse)
- F1109 (NOx sensor downstream and A1191 muffler temperature sensor, which is essential for DPF regeneration)
- Power Disconnection:
- To finalize the installation, power must be removed from the downstream NOx sensor. This can be achieved by either cutting pin 1 in the NOx sensor plug or, preferably, removing pin 10 in the X3212 plug located at the rear of the engine on the right side.
