We offer you our personal VMware configuration for our INPA client. We do not assume any reliability of the software or how it works. It is possible that some functions are not available for use on certain BMW models. INPA 5.0.6 there is a standalone program that does not need a VMware configuration; however, INPA 5.0.0 must be used on a WINDOWS XP virtual machine, which is included in all of our BMW packages as standard with VM 14 PRO or 10.8, depending on your package specifications and configurations.

Some information more details:

OBD2 Vehicles:
Each and every vehicle equipped with OBD2 is compatible with this interface.
There are only two exceptions to this, if you have an older vehicle with both the OBD2 and the 20-pin connector installed, the 20-pin connector should be used for factory diagnostics as the OBD2 connector will not be fully wired. (This is only the case for a very small number of vehicles made at the time OBD2 became mandatory.) The second exception is F-series vehicles, this limitation is not actually caused by the Interface but by older diagnostic software that is not officially compatible with those. vehicles.

Older 20-pin vehicles:

E39 and later versions are also fully supported. However, please note that you will need a suitable OBD2 to 20-pin adapter cable that is not included with this Interface and must be purchased separately.

E34 / E36 / E38 vehicles are only partially supported, you will not be able to access all modules within them. If you need full access to them, check out our OBD / ADS interface.

Latest F series vehicles:

The interface is still fully compatible with those vehicles, however they are not officially supported by the old Ediabas-based diagnostic pack / software.

It works with INPA, SSS, Progman and all other software based on the Ediabas controller.
