Your Responsibilities.

You are solely responsible for all of your downloaded digital goods and how you choose to handle it. Also you are solely responsible for any digital goods usage such as installation, configuration, other technical knowledge, etc. If you do not know how to handle your digital item, you will have to ask a third party for help. We only provide limited “how to” teaching or any other technical information in certain rare cases when needed. If you are not sure about how to handle a digital product, you can ask for help before buying it!

Payment. 

We accept payments for the Obd2technology.com website exclusively by PayPal, cryptocurrencies, Payoneer, debit, and credit cards. If your payment fails or Paid Services are otherwise not paid for on time, yout item purchase will not be aproved on Obd2technology.com. And if you contact your bank or credit card company to decline or reverse the charge of fees for Paid Services, we may revoke your access to our website in general.

Shipping Services.

We do not ship physical goods. Digital items are delivered via download links only.

Tax.

Tax calculations are included in the sales amount. You are responsible for any tax and duty fees associated with your purchase, including those of other agencies. You must collect, report, and/or pay any applicable taxes to the appropriate authorities, if applicable and as needed, inform your tax office about your potential tax obligations and issue appropriate invoices.  We make every effort to keep our content and documents up-to-date, but because tax laws change quickly we cannot guarantee you will have access to the most current information. Fraudulent Activity.

If you experience a download error, please contact us first at [email protected] to resolve the issue. Any attempt to open a dispute via PayPal prior to contacting support will be treated as a buyer protection abuse, and you will be reported as a system abuser or fraudster. If this happens, your access to obd2technology.com will be restricted.

Support

We can provide you with limited assistance while your order is active: if the problem is related to installation or configuration, you may ask us to help you; but we cannot give you free support. Remote assistance is available on a paid basis. We provide no support on Sundays (GMT).
